208.157. The division of family services shall comply withthe provisions of Title VI, Public Law 88-352, The Civil RightsAct of 1964, and shall not in any manner deny any aid, care,services or other benefits to nor discriminate against any personon the ground of race, color or national origin; and no paymentshall be made on behalf of any eligible needy person to anyprovider of medical assistance, care or services who refuses tocomply with the Act, or who engages in any practices contrarythereto.
