Parenting plan in paternity actions.
210.853. Upon a finding of paternity by a court, the parties to apaternity action may submit, either separately or jointly, a parentingplan, as defined in section 452.310, RSMo, regarding the child who is thesubject of such paternity action. If a parenting plan is submitted, thecourt shall order a parenting plan for such child. If the court does nothave proper jurisdiction, the court shall transfer the case to anappropriate court having jurisdiction on the matter.
