Religion considered in placing child.

211.221. In placing a child in or committing a child to thecustody of an individual or of a private agency or institutionthe court shall whenever practicable select either a person, oran agency or institution governed by persons of the samereligious faith as that of the parents of such child, or in caseof a difference in the religious faith of the parents, then ofthe religious faith of the child or if the religious faith of thechild is not ascertainable, then of the faith of either of theparents.
