The juvenile division of each circuit court shallreport statistics and information relating to the nature, extentand causes of and conditions contributing to the delinquency ofchildren and information relating to the existence andeffectiveness of delinquency prevention and rehabilitationprograms operated by the courts, upon request of the division ofyouth services, to the division of youth services.
