Construction of roads prohibited in cemetery--exceptions.
214.041. No road shall be constructed in any cemetery overa burial lot in which dead human remains are buried. Temporaryaccess routes over burial lots may be used in the operation ormaintenance of the cemetery or used in the construction ofcemetery improvements or features. This section shall not applyto private or family cemeteries, as described in section214.090.
