Power to vacate streets vested in county commissions.
214.050. The county commissions of the several counties ofthis state are hereby vested with power to vacate any streets,avenues, thoroughfares or places heretofore dedicated, or whichmay hereafter be dedicated to public use in any cemeterieslocated within the respective borders of such counties.
