Owners of multifamily housing projects eligible for additionalsubsidies, when.
215.307. Any owner of a multifamily housing project subjectto the provisions of sections 215.300 to 215.318 which is or willbecome eligible for mortgage prepayment without the priorapproval of the secretary of the Department of Housing and UrbanDevelopment shall be eligible for additional subsidies under theprovisions of sections 215.300 to 215.318.
