Employee held hostage eligible for paid leave of absence.

217.128. In the event that an employee of the department isdetermined to have been held hostage, the employee shall beeligible for paid leave of absence for a period of up to sixtydays, as determined by a licensed physician, psychiatrist, orlicensed psychologist to be necessary for recovery from stress.Such paid leave shall not be charged against any of theemployee's vacation or other accumulated leave accounts.
