Reports by chief administrative officers, monthly, to divisiondirector, contents.
217.185. The chief administrative officer of each correctional centershall make monthly reports to the appropriate division director of theprevious month's activities, which shall include:
(1) A report of all admissions to and discharges from hiscorrectional center;
(2) A report of all assaults, deaths and escapes from hiscorrectional center;
(3) A report of all complaints filed with the chief administrativeofficer of the correctional center; and
(4) Any other information requested by the division director.
