Discipline and grievance procedures established--chief administrativeofficer to abide by.
217.370. The director shall establish rules and regulationspertaining to offender disciplinary procedure and shall establish anoffender grievance procedure. The chief administrative officer of eachcorrectional center shall observe these rules and procedures at all times.
