Violence or injury to others or property by offender, penalty.
217.385. 1. No offender shall knowingly commit violence to anemployee of the department or to another offender housed in a departmentcorrectional center. Violation of this subsection shall be a class Bfelony.
2. No offender shall knowingly damage any building or other propertyowned or operated by the department. Violation of this subsection shall bea class C felony.
