Director of division of adult institutions to transmitinformation and request.
217.455. The request provided for in section 217.450 shallbe delivered to the director, who shall forthwith:
(1) Certify the term of commitment under which the offenderis being held, the time already served, the time remaining to beserved on the sentence, the time of parole eligibility of theoffender, and any decisions of the state board of probation andparole relating to the offender; and
(2) Send by registered or certified mail, return receiptrequested, one copy of the request and certificate to the courtand one copy to the prosecuting attorney to whom it is addressed.
