Enforcement and cooperation required of whom.
217.500. All courts, departments, agencies, officers andemployees of this state and its political subdivisions are herebydirected to enforce the agreement on detainers and to cooperatewith one another and with other party states in enforcing theagreement and effectuating its purpose.
