Failure to return to house arrest, felony.
217.542. 1. An offender of the department released to thehouse arrest program commits the crime of failure to return tohouse arrest if he purposely fails to return to his place ofresidence or activity authorized by subsection 3 of section217.541 when he is required to do so.
2. Failure to return to house arrest is a class D felony.
