Missouri state penitentiary redevelopment commission fund created.
217.910. 1. There is hereby created in the state treasury the "MissouriState Penitentiary Redevelopment Commission Fund", which shall consist ofmoney collected pursuant to sections 217.900 to 217.910. The fund shall beadministered by the Missouri state penitentiary redevelopment commission.Money in the fund shall be used solely for the purposes of the Missouri statepenitentiary redevelopment commission.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 33.080, RSMo, no portion ofthe fund shall be transferred to the general revenue fund, and anyappropriation made to the fund shall not lapse. The state treasurer shallinvest moneys in the fund in the same manner as other funds are invested.Interest and moneys earned on such investments shall be credited to the fund.
3. Upon the dissolving of the commission, any funds remaining in theMissouri state penitentiary commission fund shall be transferred to thegeneral revenue fund.
