Children, how transported, transportation expenses, how paid.
219.076. In all cases in which children are committed to thedivision, the juvenile officer, or such person designated by him,shall deliver the children to the facility designated by thedivision and shall be allowed the necessary expenses incurred insuch delivery for himself and the child and in returningtherefrom, to be paid by the county.
