Shackling of prisoner, how paid.
221.150. The county commission of any county in which aprisoner may be confined, whenever satisfied of the necessity ofso doing, may make an allowance for placing such prisoner underirons, which shall be paid out of the treasury of the county inwhich the cause originated.
