Property removed from roadway to be taken to shoulder or berm ofroadway.
226.1115. If the department of transportation removes property fromany roadway of this state pursuant to section 304.155, RSMo, such propertyshall be immediately taken to the shoulder or berm of the roadway, and thedepartment employees shall not use a wrecker, tow truck or roll-back in theremoval process.
