Election of state highways and transportation commission, howconstrued.
226.170. No election of the state highways andtransportation commission to come under the provisions of chapter287, RSMo, shall ever be construed as acknowledging or creatingany liability in tort or as incurring other obligations or dutiesexcept only the duty and obligation of complying with theprovisions of said chapter 287, RSMo, so long as said commissionmay elect to remain under the provisions of chapter 287, RSMo.
