227.315. The portion of interstate highway 44, from the highway 65exit on the east side of a city having a population of at least one hundredforty-nine thousand which is located in a noncharter county of the firstclassification with a population of at least two hundred seven thousand tothe highway 160 exit on the west side of a city having a population of atleast one hundred forty-nine thousand which is located in a nonchartercounty of the first classification with a population of at least twohundred seven thousand shall be designated the "Payne Stewart Highway".
