227.364. The portion of Missouri Route 74/34 contained in CapeGirardeau County, from the Missouri/Illinois state line west to theintersection of Business Loop 55/U.S. 61/Missouri Route 34, shall bedesignated as the "John Oliver Jr. Parkway". The provisions of section227.299 regarding highway designations shall not be applicable to theprovisions of this section.
