227.366. Notwithstanding subsection 8 of section 227.299, the portionof U.S. Highway 60 contained in Stoddard County, from where U.S. Highway 60and Route ZZ intersect to where U.S. Highway 60 and Missouri Route 25intersect, shall be designated the "Sergeant Carl Dewayne Graham Jr.Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by theMissouri Troopers' Association.
