The portion of U.S. Highway 61/67 between Wolf Hollow Roadand State Route M in the census designated place with more than sixthousand one hundred but fewer than six thousand three hundred inhabitantsshall be designated the "1922 Sulphur Springs Rail Disaster MemorialHighway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donation.
