227.386. The portion of state highway 84 within Pemiscot County fromthe interstate highway 55 exit to the Caruthersville city limits shall bedesignated the "Corporal Rickey L. Bell Memorial Highway". The departmentof transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs commemoratingthis portion of highway. All signage shall be paid for and maintainedthrough private sources and shall meet appropriate specifications as setforth by the department of transportation.
