227.397. The portion of Interstate 55 in Jefferson County from theintersection of highway M to a point one mile south shall be designated the"Jeff McBride Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shallerect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with thecosts to be paid for by private donations.
