227.409. The portion of Interstate Highway I-64/US 40 from theMcClausland/Skinker interchange east to the I-64/I-55 interchange shall bedesignated the "Jack Buck Memorial Highway". The department oftransportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating suchhighway designation, with the cost to be paid for by private donation.
