Right-of-way or easement authorized.
227.654. The commission may lease to or for the use of a privatepartner the project or such right-of-way or other easement in such realestate as the commission deems necessary for the development and/oroperation of the project. Such lease by the commission shall be for suchvalue as determined by the commission. No such lease of any real propertyinterest by the commission under this section shall be deemed to amend ormodify the public use restrictions acquired by the commission in such realproperty.
