Annual status report.
227.669. The commission shall submit an annual status report to thegovernor and general assembly following execution of the comprehensiveagreement as an individual component of the annual report submitted by thecommission to the joint transportation oversight committee in accordancewith section 21.795, RSMo. The annual report shall assess the advantagesand disadvantages of the public-private partnership method of financing,developing, and/or operating the project.
