Order to establish road, when.
228.080. If it shall appear from the engineer's report thatthe right-of-way has been secured, and needs therefor filed, orthat the damages claimed do not exceed the amount offered by thecommission or deposited by the petitioners, or both, thecommission shall order the road established.
