County commission to act upon report of surveyor.
229.400. Such county commission shall hear the report ofsuch county surveyor while in session, and shall hear suchtestimony as may be presented, and after such hearing suchcommission shall determine what changes, if any, shall be made,and shall make an order of record directing the same to be done.
