Powers of commission.
230.230. In all counties adopting sections 230.200 to230.260, all powers and duties heretofore exercised by the countycommission, township boards, and special road districtcommissioners relating to the improvement, construction,reconstruction, restoration and maintenance of roads shall beexercised by the county highway commission.
