Overseer to care for trees.
231.130. It shall be the duty of the road overseer of thedistrict, including any of the roads aforesaid, to protect andcare for any and all of the trees so planted under thesupervision of the county highway engineer, and to fileinformation against and prosecute any person or persons who shallinjure or destroy any of such trees.
