Violations--penalty.
231.330. Any official or other person who shall willfullyfail to comply with any of the provisions of sections 231.150 to231.330, and any person who shall willfully violate any of theprovisions thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, andwhere no other or different punishment is provided, shall bepunished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more thanfive hundred dollars.
