Disposition of proceeds from certain city licenses.
233.120. One-fourth of all the pool or billiard tablelicenses collected by any city within any such special roaddistrict shall be set apart as collected by the city council forthe improvement of the roads by the board of commissioners ofsuch district, and the council shall, on demand of the board ofcommissioners, draw warrants upon the city treasurer, payable tothe treasurer of said board, for the full amount of one-fourth ofsuch licenses, or the board may issue its orders on the councilfrom time to time, which shall be honored by the council drawingwarrants upon the city treasurer for such amounts as may berequired, to the full amount of one-fourth of all such licensescollected.
