Title of lands--how considered.

233.410. If it shall appear that any land within thedistrict so incorporated has been conveyed by mortgage or deed oftrust, the mortgagor or owner of the equity of redemption, or ifany land shall be owned by a minor, his conservator, or if anyland shall have been conveyed or devised to a trustee to be heldby him for the use or benefit of another for a number of years orduring the life of such other, the trustee, or if any lands shallbe held by any widow as a homestead or dower, then the widow andadult heirs, shall be deemed and held to be the owner of suchland within the meaning of sections 233.320 to 233.445.
