Contracts not affected by disincorporation.
233.430. No dissolution of such road district shallinvalidate or affect any right accruing to such road district orto any person, or invalidate or affect any contract entered intoor imposed on such road district; provided further, that nothingin sections 233.320 to 233.445 shall be construed to in any wayinterfere with the organization of special road districts noworganized or being organized under the laws repealed by sections233.320 to 233.445.
