Bonds to be sold, when--how.

233.465. The board of commissioners on behalf of the specialroad districts, and the county commission on behalf of thetownships, shall sell said bonds to the best advantage and theproceeds shall be paid over to the treasurer of the district orthe county or township, as the case may be, and be by himdisbursed, on the order of the board of commissioners or countycommission, in payment of the cost of holding said election andin paying the cost of constructing or improving roads in suchdistricts or townships, including bridges and culverts.
