Acquisition of land, by whom.
234.240. The public agencies named in section 234.210 mayacquire by purchase or by eminent domain all necessary land,rights-of-way, easements, materials and supplies for the purposeof acquiring, constructing, owning and operating, improving orextending, and maintaining toll bridges, and approaches thereto.
