Terms of commissioners.

234.380. Of the commissioners first appointed one shall beappointed to serve for a term of one year, one for two years, onefor three years, one for four years and one for five years. Atthe expiration of the term of each commissioner and of eachsucceeding commissioner, the governor shall, by and with theadvice and consent of the senate, appoint a successor who shallhold office for a term of five years. Each commissioner shallhold office until his successor has been appointed and qualified.
