Power of taxation.
235.160. For the purpose of providing revenue for suchdistricts, the board shall have the power and authority to orderthe levy and collection of ad valorem taxes on and against alltaxable tangible property within the district, and to make timelydemand for any and all other taxes or allocations to which thedistrict may be entitled.
