Bond required.
237.050. Before the delivery of the license such personshall give bond to the state, with sufficient security, approvedby such clerk, in such sum as the commission shall order,conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties requiredby law at such ferry; which bond shall be filed in the office ofsuch clerk.
