Keeping ferry without license, penalty.
237.100. If any person demand or receive pay for services asferryman, without a license, he shall forfeit to the countytwenty dollars for every day he shall keep such ferry, or beimprisoned not less than ten nor more than thirty days, or bepunished by both such fine and imprisonment, to be recovered byindictment or information in the proper court of the propercounty.
