Suit on bond.
237.220. Upon the failure of any ferryman to perform anyduty herein required, the attorney general or prosecutingattorney for the county shall commence and prosecute an action onthe bond given by the ferryman, and the recovery of any penaltyshall be no bar to any action on such bond.
