Compensation and expenses of commissioners.
238.080. The compensation of the commissioners to be paid bythe authority shall be determined by the commissioners, providedthat the compensation of each commissioner shall not exceed thesum of one thousand two hundred dollars per annum. In addition,the commissioners shall be reimbursed by the authority for theactual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance oftheir duties.
