Project plans, commission approval of.
238.320. Before construction of any project, thecorporation shall submit the final financing plan and finalconstruction plans and specifications to the commission for itsapproval. The corporation shall make any revisions in the plansand specifications required by the commission. After thecommission approves the final financing plan, construction plansand specifications, the corporation shall obtain priorcommission approval of any modification of such plans orspecifications.
