Indebtedness authorized--bonds, may be issued.

238.327. 1. A corporation may contract and incurliabilities appropriate to accomplish its purposes.

2. It may borrow money for its corporate purposes at suchrates of interest as the corporation may determine.

3. It may issue bonds, notes and other obligations, and maysecure any of such obligations by mortgage, pledge, or deed oftrust of any or all of the property and income of thecorporation, subject to the restrictions provided in sections238.300 to 238.360. The corporation shall not mortgage, pledgeor give a deed of trust on any real property or interests whichit obtained by eminent domain or acquired from the state ofMissouri or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
