County commissions may borrow money, how.

241.260. To enable the county commissions to carry theprovisions of sections 241.010 to 241.280 into effect, they shallhave power to borrow money, and to issue bonds of the countytherefor, in the manner and to the extent provided in sections26(e) and 27 of article VI of the constitution.
