Counties may sell land, how--proceeds, how used.
241.309. All counties in which such islands are situatedmay, subject to the provisions of section 241.311, cause them tobe appropriately surveyed and sell and convey them in the samemanner as lands are sold under the provisions of section 241.310,and for the same purposes.
