Lands may be sold, how--disposition of proceeds.
241.310. All counties in which any such lands are situatedshall have the power to cause the same to be appropriatelysurveyed, and to sell and convey them in the same manner that theswamplands acquired under the act of congress of September 28,1850, entitled "An act to enable the state of Arkansas and otherstates to reclaim the swamp and overflowed lands in theirlimits", afterward donated to the counties in which they weresituated, or conveyed; and the proceeds of all such sales shallbecome a part of the swampland school funds of the counties inwhich said lands are situated.
