Change of venue limitation.
242.650. 1. No change of venue shall be allowed in any ofthe proceedings had under the provisions of sections 242.010 to242.690, except where the judge of the court in which thearticles of association have been filed shall be disqualified forany of the reasons stated in the statute of this state relatingto the change of venue in civil cases.
2. If the judge of such court is disqualified or is chargedby any person interested in the formation of said district withbeing disqualified for any of the reasons stated in the statutes,it shall be the duty of said judge to cause another judge to betransferred or assigned to hear the cause in the same manner asother civil cases. Such judge shall retain jurisdiction in suchreclamation proceedings only until the disqualification of theregular judge of the circuit court shall have been removed.
